Do you build molds for prism or cube-corner reflex reflectors?

Yes. We design precision cavity tooling for the prism and cube-corner geometry that gives a reflex reflector its light-return performance.

What materials do your reflex reflector molds run?

Most reflector tooling is built for acrylic (PMMA), since it holds up best against UV-induced haze over time. Polycarbonate (PC) is used when impact resistance is the priority, typically with a UV-protective coating.

Do you handle production molding as well as tooling?
